iglooheritage

iglooheritage is a collection that sets out to present monuments of public and religious architecture that are equally important to the history of architecture and to that of civilization and mentalities.

igloobest

Started in 2007, the igloobest series selects the best architecture projects up to the present day, carried out by acknowledged Romanian architects. The books are bilingual and accessible to an expanded audience. Their purpose is to show that Romania produces quality architecture, worthy of acknowledgment on a larger scale.

igloopocket

Stared in 2005, igloopocket is an original collection within the context of the Romanian book market, at the same time beautiful and useful. The books in this series come in a small format, with generous graphics, combining interior and detail photography with useful and accessible information.

Architectures seen through igloo

The "Architectures seen through the igloo" album is published every November and contains, in excellent graphic conditions, the best projects published within the pages of Igloo magazine during the past year. The publication launches a series of cultural projects previously unavailable on the relevant Romanian market.

The Architecture Annual

The Catalogue published by igloo media accompanies the exhibition-competition „the Architecture Annual of the Bucharest Municipality”, an event organized by the Territorial Branch of the Architects’ Order from Romania, on the agenda of „Bucharest and the Architects”. The Catalogue became, in time, a presentation instrument for the most recent and interesting architecture creations and representative names in the field. The projects taking part in the four sections of the competition (architecture, interior design, restoration, publications) are presented in detail, in attractive graphic conditions.
The Catalogue foremost targets design, architecture and interior design offices and companies, as well as the business people involved in real estate, constructions and architecture, but its chosen publishing formula may equally attract the general public, interested in the entire cultural phenomenon.

Opera Omnia

The “Opera Omnia” Catalogue accompanies, each year, the Honor Prize awarded by the Bucharest Architect’s Order to a senior architect, for his entire activity. With generous graphics, the publication aims to present in detail the career of this honored architect (buildings, projects, etc.), as well as his personality. In 2005, The „Opera Omnia” Catalogue was dedicated to the senior architect Mihai Enescu.

iglooprofile

The iglooprofile series sets out to bring into the spotlight local and international architects, known for the quality of their body of work.

iglooguide

Started in November 2007, the iglooguide collection inaugurates a series of tourist guides that stand out through their originality, in the context of the Romanian travel book market. It is built around a careful selection of the places worthy of being visited within a certain city. The books in this series stand out through the clarity of the information provided and through the careful structure of the content, based on quality-related criteria.

iglooart

The iglooart collection was introduced in the fall of 2007, with the release of the album Raul Egon Lebel. A Century of Colour. This first album celebrates the re-entry in the Romanian art circuit of an artist whose work was censored during the communist era. His paintings were rediscovered by Adrian Buga, a devoted art collector.

igloobooks

Initiated in 2009, the igloobooks collection is dedicated to the iglooarchitecture projects. Whether presenting completed projects or purely conceptual ones, the books in the series offer the public a unique opportunity to sneak a peak inside "the kitchen" of a small, but very dynamic, architectural practice, who never refuses a challenge. All in a small format with quality graphics, mixing images with "inside" information.
