The Catalogue published by igloo media accompanies the exhibition-competition „the Architecture Annual of the Bucharest Municipality”, an event organized by the Territorial Branch of the Architects’ Order from Romania, on the agenda of „Bucharest and the Architects”. The Catalogue became, in time, a presentation instrument for the most recent and interesting architecture creations and representative names in the field. The projects taking part in the four sections of the competition (architecture, interior design, restoration, publications) are presented in detail, in attractive graphic conditions.
The Catalogue foremost targets design, architecture and interior design offices and companies, as well as the business people involved in real estate, constructions and architecture, but its chosen publishing formula may equally attract the general public, interested in the entire cultural phenomenon.

The 2009 Architecture Annual

The seventh edition of the Bucharest Architecture Annual catalog contains the complete retrospective of the works presented during the 2009 Bucharest Architecture Annual competition (14-28 May), in each of the seven sections: Architecture, Interior Design, Studies and Unfinished Projects, Diploma Projects, Restoration and Rehabilitation, Architecture Photography and Architecture Book.
As a manifestation of the Romanian Architects' Order, the Bucharest Annual aims to provide a platform for promoting quality national architecture, imposing and supporting a coherent set of aesthetic and quality standards. In full agreement with the Bucharest Architecture Annual's Mission, the album released by igloomedia is a necessary tool for familiarizing the local audience with the works of the architects responsible for Bucharest's urban and architectural development.
Far from being a detached retrospective of the activity of Bucharest's community of architects between 2008 and 2009, the Annual's catalog aims to become - for architects, entrepreneurs and aficionados - an instrument fit for evaluating the current state of the Romanian architecture market, as well as its evolution.
