The interesting Aldeia da Serra dwelling was built on a piece of land which underwent minimal interventions as the MMBB architects took full advantage of the existing eight-meter difference between the lowest and the highest point. The house seems a large square inserted in a larger 16-meter long orthogonal structure. The way the plans intersect, generating light-emphasized surfaces, offer a significant individuality to the construction which is detached and tonic with its green surroundings.

architecture | In Pestera, on a hill
If the first house of a fashionable architect made Pestera famous in the world’s architecture atlas , the second one merges with the land and with the discretion, which sometimes represents a quality in architecture. With its back turned to the road and to anyone who would pass on it, the house raises a stone wall with a concrete kernel, beyond which develops the nude intimacy of an interior where the curtains are softly blown by the wind, and the sun, when it shows, sweeps shadows and moves rocks. Not a single window on a façade the sun never bathed. The fall-out red volume of the same Northern façade masks, together with the platform on which only two vehicles may park voluntarily, the entrance. The door opens onto a tale which seems to belong to a living-house serving only as shelter for watching . Of course, there is more to it, but everything is organized in accordance with this healing watching to what the orogenesis created taller and more variously-sharpene! d in this part of Romania.

interior | Park Hotel, New Delhi
In the greenest capital, among the palimpsest of smells and contrasts, at official summer temperatures of 41 degrees Celsius, somebody, namely the first boutique-hotels network in India, dared to be different in terms of lines and shapes. Moreover, they hoped that the „green dreams become reality”! The downtown placement predisposed one of the five hotels of The Park Hotels collection to close vicinity with what means New Delhi's politic and economic district.
